Breath-work e-course to help relieve stress and anxiety

How it works

The pre-recorded course is delivered on-line and has been designed so that you can access the portal through your PC, phone or laptop whenever you like.  It’s best to find some private-time on your own when you won’t be disturbed.  There are 4 sections to the course and each section will take around 10-15 minutes to complete.  It’s best to practice a little everyday working with either one or 2 of the breath-work techniques per week and so it will take between 2-4 weeks to complete.  By purchasing and completing the course, you will have learnt some very powerful breath-work which will allow you to change your state and reduce stress and anxiety whenever you need to.
