Personal Training can educate you on all areas of health, fitness and exercise.  A personal trainer can help you to set both short-term and long-term goals, and help you with motivation, consistency, clarity and results.  Regular training with a trainer will help you to stay fresh and inspired to exercise regularly, and consistently at the correct intensity to achieve the results that you desire.

My Personal Training Services

The personal training sessions that I offer are available online via Skype or Zoom with minimal space or equipment required.   After an initial consultation to determine your goals and requirements, the sessions can be booked weekly or bi-weekly.  To really see results from your efforts, personal training is best done in a concentrated format so that we can build muscle memory, consistency and momentum over a period of time.

The small group PT classes that I run are available online via Zoom and suitable for all levels and abilities including complete beginners.  The classes are ideal if you’re working from your home or workspace and you don’t have much time or any equipment.  The classes have been created, so that you can have a great, fun and varied workout, with the support of a group of training buddies and trainer, without having to spend your precious time travelling for a work-out.  They also save you time figuring out what to do when you get there.

Email info@clairesmithwellness.com or call 07739 397377 to make an inquiry or to book your first session via Skype or Zoom. Various times are available to suit your schedule. The first session will be 1 hr 15 to include the consultation or alternatively, book your consultation separately.
