Yoga Therapy for Insomnia

The Yoga therapy for Insomnia sessions that I offer are currently running online via Zoom. I’ve trained with Lisa Sanfilippo and so I use the practical wisdom from the Sleep Recovery method to pinpoint where your sleep has gone out of balance and then to help repair it. These are some of the common problems people face with their sleep.  Perhaps you recognise yourself in some of these statements?

  • Struggling to fall asleep at night, even though you’re exhausted.

  • Waking up in the middle of the night with your mind and heart racing.

  • Waking up after only a few hours sleep and feeling like the day drags on in a fog.

  • Being able to sleep forever, but still waking up not feeling rested.


The Sleep recovery method is a holistic approach that takes into account you as a whole person. Perhaps there is something on the physical, energetic, mental, emotional or soul level that has gone out of balance (or a combination) and it is now affecting your sleep. During our time together, we will uncover the root causes of your sleep disturbances, and then create a plan to repair using simple yoga therapy methods – and get you back to sleeping well and feeling great.

Various times are available to suit your schedule for private sleep recovery sessions. The first session will be 1 hr 15 to include the consultation, or alternatively book your consultation separately in advance.
